I'm looking for an all-grain recipe for this beer.
My SWMBO likes this, and it is way cheaper to make it than pay what they gey for a 4-pack.......


plus, I get to brew some more:)
 
I don't have a recipe, but I am polishing off a 750 ml champagne bottle of the stuff as I type. I agree that its a crowd pleaser. Very drinkable for all palates I'd say. I'd be interested in a recipe for this as well.
 
Ed at Brewmasters Warehouse threw a kit together for me.....

It is on his site now....under Belgium beers
 
"Beer Captured" by Tess and Mark Szamaltulski has a clone recipe. They provide all-grain, extract, or parsh mash options.
 
I'm curious to know if anyone has tried this clone recipe? Did it come out anywhere close to the original?
