yes it is 5 gallon batch. right now just don't have the equipment to do all grain. hopefully get most of it for christmas.
 
ah, equipment, gotcha

i'm not sure about dry hopping with cascade after using sterling, which is fairly similar to saaz...i smell conflict...i would just dry hop with more sterling and willamette...but, by all means, go with the cascade if you feel inspired
 
yeah, otherwise it looks like a good brew - though it comes up to 1.058 OG, maybe a little on the heavy side (for me anyway)
 
oh, ok...well, 1.052 is right around the sweet spot! and if it finishes near 1.058, i always say it's better to finish over than under
