large extract brew weekend, recipe suggestions?

I would start off with a nice IPA.
Depending on how strong you want it. I would go with this;
8lbs Light pale extract
steep
1lb Victory malt
0.5lb crystal 60
Hops
all amarillo to an IPU of about 90 with most of that coming after the 30 minute mark.
so
1.25oz at 60
1oz at 30
2 at 20
2 at 15
2 at 10
2 at 5
2 at flameout
Pacman yeast and post results of what ever you decide to do. I have a smack pack of the pacman yeast and never have used and curious of what to make with it.
