I am going to add a RIMS fitting on my mash tun when do you guy's with RIMS set ups start to run the pump just after you mash in and when do you stop,15 minutes before you sparge ?

If this is a RIMS with a temp controller, run the pump and RIMS during the entire mash, leave it on for mashout if you like, just turn up the temp on the controller.
 
Thanks Pol it will be controled by my keen eye for awhile until I get smart enough to built the controller.

I have never done it, but Id think that will be very difficult...
