Who has pacman yeast? Is what is in the rogue bottles really pacman I have heard they use different yeast for bottling. I would like to find some fresh in the pack if anyone has any

The stuff in Rogue bottles is pacman. The stout has enough left in it to easily build up quickly, the DGA has enough in it to build up, but it'll take a little bit longer and more effort. I grew up the yeast from one DGA bottle to ferment 4 different brews last fall, great yeast.

Yes it is great yeast. I just got word that wyeast is not going to put it out anymore. There is a new distributor for it. I had a pac made to brews from it and let it die what a stupid mistake that was.

Rogue uses Pacman in everything but the lagers and the 21 ale, which uses an Old Ale yeast blend. The Creek Ale uses Pacman plus a Belgian Yeast. It's all on their site:
