There is nothing else that it could be. It is the only style that is that dark and has low carbonation.

Wow! Can you even taste the honey? It seems like all of the dark malts would cover up the honey flavor.

Actually yeah you can taste the honey. About 60 of the 80 gravity points are from honey, the color is mostly from roasted barley if I remember correctly. Next time I think I'll beef it up with more two-row & maybe some torrified wheat to help out that head. It tastes pretty good though!
