Hi I'm looking for a decent hefeweizen recipe for partial mash and all grain. Any help with this would be much appreciated!!!!

50/50 2-row and wheat. Some rice hulls for sparging. Enough hallertau to get 10 IBUs. A nice hefe yeast. That will produce a nice platform for you to play with. You will want to shoot for about 1.050 for your OG. Partial mash will be the same idea but with wheat lme making up most of the fermentables.

Do a search for EdWort. He has Bee Cave Brewery Bavarian Hefeweizen posted in the Wheat & Rye section under the Recipe Database section of this forum. It is fantastic. Or you can click on his recipes under his Forum name heading and the Hefe is listed. His House Pale Ale is great, too.
