Why does the beer that has been conditioning at 70 taste greener than the other 5 gallons I just finished drinking? I brew 10 gal batch and after primary one goes to keg and drink and the other to keg and closet. Well I just finished the first 5 gal and the second tastes greener than and the first and I figured it should taste better with the extra 4 weeks at room temp?
