This was my first all grain recipe, hit the numbers dead on, AWSOME!:rockin:


I will update the tasting section when i get to taste it.
 
this is technically a baltic porter. i didn't realize it til i ran it through software. it is very tasty, watch it, it sneaks up on you. very similar to dfh indian brown ale. i know the hops are different, and probably the grain bill, but it tastes very close to the dfh indian brown. very good.
