Got my water report from Ward Labs today.

I am brewing an IPA and Oatmeal Stout this weekend (batch sparge).

Any suggestions?

Relatively pure water. It will be a great starting point. The alkalinity will be too low for stout brewing, but that can be remedied with lime. Or you could use the Guinness method and steep the roast malts separately and add that liquor to the boil.
 
Would this work for an IPA or is it too complicated?

That should work well. An IPA grist with nearly RO water is not likely to need alkalinity. So the approach is fine. The need for a little acid in the mash is not unusual for a grist that is largely base malt.

Definitely looks like you need to add lactic acid. My water has a pH of 6.5 so I rarely need acid additions.

You probably need a little more Gypsum as they recommend at least 40 ppm Ca for yeast health and you have 30.
