OK, so I have a pretty good IPA recipe that I was hoping to enter into the san diego fair hombrew competition. It was perfect coming out of the keg, but the beer that I bottled are way too flat! The beer is totally different and quite frankly, sucks now. I dont have anymore keg left, so my question is: Can I pour the 12 pack of bottles into a new clean keg and over carb it a bit to try again at bottling? Will this kill my beer? I use the "we dont need no stinkin beer gun" technique... Thanks! -- Phil :mug:

pour it gently and it should be OK. you'd have to purge the heck out of the keg to get the O2 out... using a carbonater cap for a 2 liter bottle would be better.

chill your bottles next time, and buy a longer beer line. these will reduce the foaming.
