I was in the middle of my brew mashing the grain in my mash tun (cooler), when I had a call for the fire department. Now my grain has been mashing for 2 hours 20 min.
Now the question is I have enough grain to restart. Will my beer be a waste ?? Should I keep calm and sparge on? Lol thanks guys
