Hi,
I would like to convert the NB Dry Irish Stout recipe to partial mash so I can get a little Marris Otter and flaked barley in there. The all grain recipe looks like this:
MASH INGREDIENTS
--6 lbs. English Maris Otter
--2 lbs Flaked Barley
--1 lb English Roasted Barley
Should I just drop the marris otter to 2 lbs. and add a 3.15 gal. jug of lme? I ran the numbers on Recipator and it came out about right..I think. I guess my real question is whether I keep the flaked barley and roasted barley amounts the same.
Thanks!
