I got my first real brew in the bucket. It's a whole lot different than mr beer. Im makin a brewers best witbier. All I got to say is if it tastes good I'm hooked.
 
Well done! I'm sure it will be good, but if for some reason it sucks keep at it! ;)
 
Brewers best has some nice kits with great instructions. Im sure you'll do fine and it'll turn out great. I started with a BB American Amber kit myself and moved on to AG after about 8 months. Keeps us informed!
 
Before I left for work this morning she was around 70* and the airlock was bubbling nicely.
 
I broke my airlock trying to put it in my carboy. I fitted it with a five finger condom. I hope this works. I'm gettin a new airlock Tuesday.

Bottled two cases yesterday. I don't know if I can wait four weeks for a taste.
