I'm working on a recipe to use up my leftovers. I have a variety of base grains, but I don't know if they'll all play nicely together.
I have one lb. each of Kolsch, Vienna, and Munich malts, and three lbs. of Belgian Pale Malt. I was thinking of adding some Marris Otter, or I could get more of one of the ones that I have.
Any advice or suggestions ?

Never heard of "Kolsch" malt, is it pils? Otherwise, everything should be fine. I like MO with Munich and/or Vienna for more body.

The Belgian pale should blend fine with MO.

Kolsch Malt is malted specially FOR Kolsch beers. It's made by Global Malt, around 4.5L, IIRC.

Man, break down and buy a sack of base, and keep the higher L's for small special adds. :D
