I used More Beer's Belgian Dubbel extract kit:

I added a pound of Caramel Pils DME and a pound of Caramel Pils malt grain. I wound up with an OG of 1.072 in a 5 gallon batch. Not realizing I didn't have the yeast I wanted, I had to use Munton's standard brewer's yeast.

I've had the brew in my primary bucket for a month now. I measured the gravity and I am at 1.020 now. The brew had a decent taste but is very cloudy and I'm still getting some bubbling in my airlock, albeit just barely.

I didn't expect these results from this yeast. I figured I would be adding a pack of S-04 and racking to my secondary to complete the brew.

So, what now?
