I'm getting close to bottling up a batch of lager and realized, since I've never bottled a lager before, I have no idea what temp. the bottles should be at to carb. Should I leave them in the fridge at the lagering temp. or can I leave them in my basement that is currently running @ 55 degrees? Thanks in advance for the help!

Don't put them in the fridge! They won't carb up very well if at all at fridge temps. You can either keep them at room temperature (what I do) or put them in your basement and wait. At 55 degrees, they will carb up but it'll take a while, so be patient!
