First Freeze IPA

11 lbs Malted Barley
1 lb toasted Malted Barley
3/4 lb Caramunich malt
1/4 lb Victory malt
1 oz Chinook Hops 12.4% AA FWH
1 oz Cascade Hops 6.9 AA 20 minutes
Worlfloc @1 mins left in boil
1/2 oz Willamette Hops 5.4% AA flame out
US 05 yeast
1 oz Cascade dry hop in secondary 6.9% AA


90 minute infusion mash
boil 90 minutes

OG 1.065
FG 1.016
IBU 59
SRM 12 SRM
ABV 6.3

First time making this, Will follow up with tasting notes.

Well even with the beer being young, It has a nice but subdued Chinook bitterness from the First Wort Hopping. Citrus background from the addition of the Cascade at the last 20 minutes of the boil.
The Willamette Hops at flame out lend a nice floral and earthy aroma.

Will I brew this again?
Damn Right I will.
I may change up the bittering hops next time. Maybe Columbus
