what do you all think? it's gonna go atop the eidenburg yeast slurry i have in the primary now. please offer suggestions about anything :)

five gallon batch

10 lbs pale malt (english)
2 lbs vienna malt
1 lbs crystal 40L
1 lbs carapils

1oz chinoock 60 min
.5 oz kent 60 min
.5 oz cascade 15 min
.5 oz kend 15 min

it is not being brewed untill sat/sunday, so it's open to changes...

i'm looking at the lower end of the scale 150 or so to mash, single temp infusion for an hour or so...

looks tasty to me. i might would do the kent @ 60 min and 15 min, then do the Cascade @ 0 min. let it steep for 15-20 minutes for some added aroma. i just dig cascade hops!!!!!

i axed the cascade and the crystal...

did purchase...

ten pounds pale/2row (british)
two pounds vienna malt
two pounds carapils
1 oz chinook (60 min)
1oz kent (60 min)

i also have an oz of kent to fiddle about with :)

cost twenty bucks. i think i might squeeze six gallons out of it ;)

going atop the eidenburg yeast hopefully sunday.
