I have a therminator and ran it for the first time last week and wow what an invention 200 degrees to 75 in one pass!!! Questiion is about cold break -- I didnt get any at all -- got the typical cake at bottom about day 2-3 but not alot of gunk floating in beer like I see on some pics online??? What up with that??? doc
 
Thats whats puzzling me -- yes I used appropriate amount of five star super moss 15 minutes before boil finished and didnt even have much trub in bottom of boil kettle much less cold break in carboy??? I did what I thought was a beautiful vorlouf till clear, filtered the wort going into carboy and had a 90 minute rolling boil off??? Dont quite get it. doc
