Finally got up a video showing my whirlpool arm that I got from MoreBeer. Using it along with the wort chiller REALLY makes a big difference in chill times.

Then I use the whirlpool arm by itself after chilling..

I built a whirlpool arm for my immersion chiller, too. Just like you, I am seeing similar times for cooling down my wort. I think that the whirlpool makes a huge difference in times.
