I'm planning on adding some oats to a coffee stout I brewed a while back to add some mouthfeel. I'm not up to all grain yet (space,etc...) but I know I have to convert the oats to get anything out of them. I've read articles on how to go about this but wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions for a way to go about this.
