I have searched for keg-conversion to fermenters, and cannot find one that is inverted utilizing the conical (slight yes) design of a sankey keg. Inverting it would allow the trub to slide down after primary, and enable yeast collection.

The concept:
-inverted sankey
-use 2" tri-clamp connection to oem sankey opening .
-use 2" x 10" long x 1" output ?? conical reducing tube
-use 1" tri-clamp valve
-The inverted top can be treated like others have done by using corney keg tops etc to seal an access opening.

Can anyone predict the outcome of this project? Will I be able to harvest yeast, remove all trub etc with this design?

I think the slop will be so slight theat the trub will still sit on it.. just my first thought
