Year old blackberry mead I forgot about in my cellar. I'm like " look at my mead, look at my mead!"

Pretty simple. 16lbs wildflower honey. 5 lbs blackberries. 5 gallons h2o. Dry white wine yeast. Make it and ferment for a couple months. Bottle and forget. Easy. Enjoy.
 
Very nice Stokems! I applaud your willpower. I have a blackberry melomel resting in their bottles right now, but I have already gone through 15 so the last 5 don’t have much hope of making it a year.
