tried my hefeweizen from NB after a week of bottle conditioning and holy crap!

freaking amazing. had a co-worker say it was better than any hefe he has ever tried (although i don't think he has had any German hefes, only American lol)

and the Tiger Tank Altbier was amazing as well!

can't wait to do an IPA now!

Well done in the hefe etc and keep brewing its great fun but i was 5 4 5 and am now dealing with a under conditioned or over boiled mash. Trying to get it from not too bad back to being 'yeah I like this'

Sweet deal. Ipa's are easy, just have to remember to add the hops at the right additions. The more the better! Having my black ipa now, and it's glorious.
