Pair accused of putting WD-40 in home brew

Elkhorn - A teenager from Elkhorn has pleaded not guilty to tampering with a man's home brew in order to poison him.

Dale Hanson, 17, is charged with party to second-degree reckless endangerment and placing foreign objects in edibles.

Hanson and Samantha Thomas, 16, are accused of putting the anti-corrosion spray WD-40 in the home brew.

Hanson pleaded not guilty in Walworth County Circuit Court on Wednesday. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing.

Damn teens were confused. They thought it was rusted barley!

Wow. Well the funny part is, he would have probably noticed it in the aroma right away. That stuff smells pretty strong, and he would have seen the film. Still though, damn kids.
