Is there a chart for fermenting temps of the various beers that us noobs are starting up? Seems to a lot of questions on fermenting temps.

American Blonde Ale?
American Hefewiesen?
Raspberry Wheat?
Oatmeal Stout?
etc, etc, etc.?

Yep, the ferm temps are based on the type of yeast you are using, and you should easily be able to find that info at either the manufacturers website, or even on the package.

Yep, it usually gives you a recommended temp range on the yeast package. I've been trying to keep mine toward the low end of the range. An extra week or so is well worth it if the beer tastes better. :)
