OK so I am thinking of making a stout tomorrow with left over grain that I have. I am just worried about over doing it with the heavy roasted grain. What do you guys think of this:

10 lb 2-row
.75 lb Dark Roasted Barley (650L)
.75 lb Chocolate
.5 caramel 60L
.75 oz Centenial 60min (6aa)
1 oz Willamette 15min (4aa)
1 oz Willamette 3min (4aa)

I was thinking of cutting back on the RB and chocolate to .5 lb each

Yeah, I'm definitely thinking I am going to lower the RB. I would up the caramel but this is all I have left. I am trying to brew with all left over ingredients so I don't have to run out and buy more. I will if it would not turn out well but I think I probably have enough to make a decent batch. Again I am probably a little low on the caramel but I don't think it should hurt the batch too much.
