when it is time to rack. Thinking of adding malt at that time what do you think?
a new flavor or does this sound bad? I have ten gallons in 2 bottles. ma-by just try one.
 
My plum wine was 100% plums, with water (to cut the acidity) and sugar (for the alcohol). It was really good, but light. Malt extract might give more body and flavor, but then I think it would lose much of its "plum wine" flavor and texture.
