The beer is 100% peated malt with what I assume to be a lot of late american hop if it's little brother is anything to go by..

My wife got me two bottles for Christmas so I was going to have one now and save one for the birth of our first child, not even in the oven yet but hopefully not too far off. I assume the hop will fade and the peat smoked malt will mellow nicely over a number of years. Does that sound about right? How am I best to store it?
