I brewed the 2 hearted clone from the recipe section using wyeast 1272. I want to brew it again but only have wyeast 1450 and 05 on hand. I know several people used 05 with great results but commented that something was just a little off with it. I was wondering if anyone has used 1450 with good results or should i just use the 05 or wait till i can get the 1272.
