My carboy is not bubbling. Red ale is fermenting, not activity in the airlock after two weeks. What could be the problem?

I see no problem if it's fermenting, the airlock is simply a means to allow co2 to escape without blowing up your fermentor. Check the gravity and see what's happening.
If it is not fermenting we will need alot more information on your brewing process to diagnose any specific problem(s).

Your beer is either done or not. Won't know until you check. A wise man once said, "Airlock activity is not an indication of fermentation." Revvy will be here soon if he hasn't given up.
