I am trying to make a wheat beer and I want a good grassy aroma/flavor. something that makes you think of fresh cut grass. What would you brilliant ladies and gentlemen, i use those terms loosely, recommend?

Use a british hop, perhaps EK Goldings. Check out hop profiles online to get more ideas.

Palisade hops might also provide a grassy note. You should get more vegetal contributions in general with a dry hop versus a late addition.

agree with wileaway, maybe dry hop with a gentle, earthy hop and leave it on there a bit too long to get some vegetals
