Tasting Notes
subtle sweetness, a grassy nose, chocolate, pine, not boozy
This is an example of a happy accident, took a bad gravity reading so I added more extract. Ended up boosting the abv to 13.2%. But this beer is really smooth for as boozy as it is. Last one I cracked was 6 weeks in the bottle and it was just starting to carb up. Don't really know if it would be an IIPA or gnarly wine or what.

So happy with the way this turned out that I thought I should share. Hope to enter it in a year, as I think this one could age really well.
