beer smith boil versus aroma hops

OK, noted that in brew smith I can tell it that the hops are "boil" versus "aroma". If I'm adding hops at 5 min - they are obviously aroma hops, but are *also* being boiled for 5 minutes. If I tell brewsmith that they are aroma hops, it does not include them in the IBU calculation. However, I'd think that they are contributing somewhat to the IBU's of the recipe. Anyone have an opinion on how to deal with this?
 
A 5 minute add will make a small contribution to the IBUs. Unless you are using a couple ounces of a high AA hop at that point, don't worry about it.
