This will be my first brew, thought I'd share my recipe and get some feedback.
This is a modified version of the Zombie Dust clone recipe.
Thanks in advance!

5 gallon batch
6.5 gallon boil size
60 minute boil time

1lb munich malt
8oz caramel malt
8oz carapils
8oz melanoiden malt

6lbs extra light DME
1oz warrior @ 60 minutes
.5oz citra @ 15 minutes
.5oz citra @ 10 minutes
1oz citra @ 5 minutes
2oz citra @ 1 minute
3oz citra dry hop

1pkg Wyeast 1056 (via yeast starter)

target gravity 1.065

if i'm missing anything, sorry, just let me know. thanks again!!

Looks tasty! You could totally brew that as it is.

If it were me and my first time brewing, the only thing I might change is to modify the steeping grains a bit and increase the DME to compensate. For example, 7 lbs of DME and 1 lb Crystal/Caramel 40 or 60 should yield about a 1.064 starting gravity in a 5 gal batch. I bet the flavor profile will also be pretty close, and you won't run the risk of the Munich not getting converted a leaving some extra starch haze in the final product. Good luck and let us know how it turns out!

Looks good. I personally dont like boiling citra any longer than 5-10 minutes because I feel like its gets the dank cat pee thing going on. 10 mins down to flameout and for dry hop is where the hop is at its best to my taste. Not everyone feels the way though so try it out for yourself. Happy brewing :mug:
