Mead Brewers log

Hi again, I was wondering if we had or could create a log for documenting any given mead batch. Not only the initial process of the must, pitching, etc. but also for logging when we've aerated, added SNA, and recording SG, temperatures, and PH at given times. Most likely something flexible so you can set your own date when you do these things. This would not only help with notes but it'd be beneficial if it also acted as a sort of checklist. Does anyone have anything like this in use specifically for meads?

There is a nice (editable) pdf file you can download on GotMead created by Fisher kel Tath. You might try that one.
