Help choosing between Hallertau and Willamette

Hey guys,

Was just wondering which hop you would pick...Hallertau or Willamette here.

85% US 2-row
7% C120
8% Biscuit

20 min - half of <hops>, 40-50 IBUs
0 min - other half of <hops>

I think this would be an American Brown Ale.

For an American brown, I'd go with willamette. Hallertauer is great- a nice noble. But willamette is more like fuggles- a bit "earthy" and good in American ales.
