I am a new brewer (maker? not sure of correct terminology) of mead. I'm living about an hour away from Asheville and I moved here about a year ago from Orlando. This forum looks amazing so far, I hope to learn a bunch hanging out in the mead forums. Any other gluten intolerant brewers out there? I'd like to venture into making some gf beers along with ciders.
