so i just finihsed my 3rd brew, a london porter, and even though its only been in the bottle for 2 weeks, it tastes much like my first brew, a stout which i made over 4 months ago, like vinegar.
my friend who has been brewing for a few years has never had this problem with his stouts and porters
my second brew was a Kolsch and it came out just fine so i do not think it is my sanitation or procedures
i know time heals all, yes ive read that several times, but has anyone else had trouble with dark beers?
