Uinta Hop Notch, not bad. Solid IPA, Liefmans Goudenband, pairs well with my goat chesses.

Y'all said it was good so I took your word for it. Have to say, it's not the best Belgian IPA I've had, but it's definitely the best New Belgium beer I've had. Quite good.

Me too. I've only had the FT and Snow Day, and those both sucked. The only two Belgian IPAs I have available are this and Sumpin' Wild, which to me tasted terrible this year. Poo poo.

If it's available in your area, I'm big on Flying Dog's Raging *****. Most of Flying Dog's stuff is like New Belgium, not terrible but never spectacular. But Raging ***** is awesome.

Sippin' on a Cigar City Brewing Jose Marti. One of the best hop porters I've ever had! And I am not just saying this bc I am from FL...

Whadja think? I found it to be quite hot, but think the other 3 will be very good with some age. I really like Dark Truth.

So far as these things go, I thought it was fairly smooth, personally. I really liked the malt profile so I'm looking forward to see how it is several months down the line after the alcohol has blended in a bit more.

Figures this would be in the mix n' match rack. Definitely tastes past its prime. Brewery closed a good while ago, didn't it?

And that is the lightest beer I've ever seen. It's like .5 SRM. It must be around 2% alcohol, and uses 6 lbs of grain per barrel ;) it's probably great when fresh though.

Bottle doesn't say, but 3.9% according to BeerAdvocate. I've had a few Berliner Weisses that were paler. Supposed to have been a great Wit, and from what I understand the original brewer who sold it to this brewery is now brewing it again in Belgium.

I just tried an oatmeal stout by Pyramid Brewing Company and its pretty good...especially with chips and guac.

Used the French Press I got for Christmas for the 1st time. Last night I received some New Glarus beer from a friend who was visiting back home. I had Two Women and Snow Shoe. I really miss getting New Glarus whenever I wanted.

Don't microwave it! It's better cold

Now ya tell me... and here I was thinking that was alcohol warming I was getting. :D

Fo sho!! Have you had Supplication? Another great one, Vinnie's a genus.

Sam Adams Boston Lager with my home made Columbus hop extract added. It's amazing how much better it is.

If you like it, you better grab it while you can. Cigar City pulled Jose Marti, Tocobaga and Bolita out of Orlando last week (according to the guys at ABC and Total Wine). They said those beers would be available in the Tampa Bay Area only. They said the only beers that will be available outside of the Bay Area would be Jai-Alai, Maduro, the new white ale and select seasonals.

Pilsner Urquell. Lightstruck as always, but not as bad as it normally is.

Even with the skunk I still enjoy one from time to time.

Depends on the level of skunk. No skunk, it's a great beer. When it's just a little skunked, it's still quite enjoyable. But half the time I have it, it's straight up sticking your face in terrified skunk crotch. Fortunately, this wasn't one of those times.
