Had another idiot today complaining her Hot Tub wasn't working. I get out to their house and I almost called her an idiot to her face. The power was out to her block. You can't fix stupid.

There's only one rule I've followed that gets me through every customer service job I've worked. The customer is always stupid. It's always nice when you can give away free stuff to make them shut up.
