Quick wine recipes, done in 3 months?

First time brewer, want to brew up a quick 1 gallon to get a taste of home wine brewing i used to know a guy who brewed with welches concentrate and drank it only a couple months in.
Are there any good recipes that only take 3-4 months to be ready to drink?

most white varieties can be ready in just a few months. you can get canned concentrate from any homebrew shop/website. As an alternative, you might want to check out apfelwein, it's pretty popular, cheap, and easy. you could enjoy it in 3-4 months.
 
the apfelwein will give you a good taste of winemaking on a cheap budget, and with virtually guaranteed success. you'll see how easy the process really is.


plus, you get to learn what rhino farts smell like.
