Ingredients for my latest brew, Arabian Nights; Arabian dates, arabica coffee beans, liberica coffee beans, gula melaka (palm sugar), brown sugar and dark munich beer vierka yeast.

This is how the arabian dates look like. They are sweet and contains about 70% sugar per 100% mass

I added in half amount of the coffee beans during early boil to retain the bitterness and at remaining half later to retain the aroma in the wort. No hops were used in this brew, just flavour agents and adjuncts.
 
No offense mate but your brewing reminds me of the old lady's cakes in 'The Vicar of Dibley' tv series.

hahaha... saying that, i'd would be having this brew in place of coffee or tea during tea time with the old lady's cake!
