Beer, not rocket chemistry
I had to clean the garage and rearrange everything, and as a result I have a ton of room for my toys. WOOO-HOOO. I can now brew inside or outside and I have room for my walk-in!

If I found something like that when I cleaned my garage i think I would clean it more often. Very nice!
