I was wondering if there's anything half decent that I could make with some of the extra stuff that I have laying around. Thanks.

17oz of light DME
10oz flaked wheat
8oz munich 10l
.2oz cascade pellets
1oz northern brewer pellets
.4oz german magnum pellets
3 packs munton's active brewing yeast

Not much of anything i'm afraid. You'd need another 4lb or so of DME to make a 5 gallon batch. Also, iirc the flaked wheat would need some kind of mash/roast to really extract the sugars out of it.

You could make a decent session beer if you bought another 2# of malt extract? Or a small batch of something. Or just save your DME for a yeast starter later and use the other stuff in the near future for something else. Or make a kitchen-sink experiment! Woo!
