How many different varieties?
Different varieties should be planted atleast 5' apart.
Otherwise they will start to tangle together, and turn into a giant blob of twisted vines and you'll have no idea what is what.
Even at 5' you need to be wary of them getting to the top of their trellis and reaching out to another vine.
