3 lb. amber lme, 3 lb. light lme ,1lb. light dme, 2 oz. cascade , 1lb carmal 20 for steeping, 1 pack Safale S-05 ale yeast. I think 1 lb. of carmal 20 is to much ? Any suggestions on what i could add or take away from this brew ? Looking for a drinkable 5% abv beer with color between a pale ale and amber . I guess a no name brew lol 
and i will cut the carmal. 2 oz of hops is about all i can take lol. I don't like a really bitter beer.
