After spending the last 20 batches doing nothing but refining two recipes at a time for my upcoming brewery, I decided to take a break and have a little fun with a bunch of extra hops I had left over and, wouldn't you know it, I think I may have hit on something. I need to find a way to trim the hop bill on this and still get the same effect. Anyway, here is the recipe. Damn it was good! Thoughts on trimming this monster without sacrificing much flavor?
