I've been brewing for about 7 years, doing extract brewing, but hoping to get some all grain equipment for Christmas. I started off bottling and quickly moved to kegging.
I usually order all my kits from Northern Brewer, but look forward to being able to make some tweaks once I go all grain.

Brews going right now:
On tap: Pumpkin Spice
Primary Fermentation: Winter Spice Ale
Secondary: Killer Bee Cider
Long term bottle conditioning: #8 (Belgian Strong from NB)

I graduated from Nothwestern downtown RIC and miss Chicago but I get back every so often. I lived on Deleware off Rush Street.:mug:
